About me

Born in Zambia, I arrived in Athlone, Ireland straight out of college to complete a post-grad in computing and move to Canada. 13 years later and look…still here!

But boy, have things changed. I live in Dublin and am in the process of completing my childhood dream of being a therapist. I have one bubbly child, a husband, and am learning to juggle life, studying and working full-time.

I always wrote stories and other bits and pieces, but only to myself, so when I had my daughter, I decided that starting a blog would be a great way of documenting the many trials and joys of balance everything…and get me back into the habit of writing.

Currently training as a Psychotherapist, my blog is about my journey in motherhood, gentle and attachment parentingPsychotherapy and a feel of what it’s like to be a Zambian woman living in Ireland.

Everyday I learn something new about myself through my daughter and this is what I want to share primarily through this blog.

Oh, and did I mention I want world peace? No?

I would also like world peace.
